Ruth Wall | MB ChB, FANZCA | Anaesthetist
Dr Wall graduated MB ChB from the University of Auckland Medical School in 1987 and gained Fellowship to the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists in 1994. Ruth has a busy public practice at Middlemore Hospital and also provides anaesthetic services to several plastic cosmetic surgeons in the private sector.

Bruce Anderson | MB ChB, FANZCA | Anaesthetist
Dr Anderson graduated from Auckland Medical school in 1989 and completed his training at the Auckland Anaesthetic training programme in 1998. He worked in Seattle for two years as an Assistant Professor practising in cardiac, general and liver transplant surgery before returning to Greenlane Hospital in 2000. Bruce is a cardiac anaesthetist at Auckland City Hospital and provides anaesthesia for ear nose and throat surgery including difficult airway cases.

Samantha Brown | Senior Nurse
Sam is a registered nurse with over 15 years of operating theatre experience including fours years as orthopaedic charge nurse at Middlemore Hospital. She has also worked in a sales and marketing role for J & J Medical Orthopaedics and during her time there gained a business marketing diploma through Auckland University. Sam works at Plastic Surgery Auckland in the role of practice and theatre nurse.
